2. Our Services
Westwell Agency helps local home-service businesses improve how they handle and follow up on the leads they already receive. We offer two monthly plans, with no setup fee at this time: a Website & Google Business plan (currently $297/month) covering website build, hosting, and upkeep plus Google Business Profile setup and ongoing improvement; and an Automations plan (currently $497/month) covering a 5-star Google review system, a missed-call text-back system, and appointment reminders. Either plan can be taken on its own or together, and both are month to month with no contract. We do not buy advertising as part of either plan. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon directly between you and Westwell Agency before work begins.
3. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment timing, and any terms for continuing or stopping a monthly plan, are agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Communications
If you book a call or contact us by email or phone, we will use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about services you've engaged us for. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Your Data & Materials
Lead and customer data you share with us during an engagement remains yours. We use it only to deliver that engagement and hand it back at closeout. Once paid for, the follow-up schedules, scripts, and quote wording created for you during an engagement are yours to keep and use.
6. No Affiliate or Lead-Selling Activity
Westwell Agency does not buy, sell, or broker leads, and does not operate as a marketing affiliate for third parties. Contact information collected through this Site is used solely to provide our own services to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to improve how your business handles leads, we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, such as a number of booked jobs, leads, or revenue, resulting from our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westwell Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
